To ensure a smooth and well-organised registration process, detailed information on registration categories, fees, payment methods, and procedures is provided below for your reference.

Special Categories (**)

Special Price applied for participants from selected lower-middle-income economies, based on a GNI per capita of USD 1,176 to USD 4,635. Requests for special rates are subject to case-by-case review and approval, and different registration fees will apply.

Registration Fee Includes:

The registration fee covers admission for one participant and includes:

Access to all technical sessions
Conference goodie bag
Lunches and tea breaks during the conference
Certificate of Participation in softcopy format
Softcopy of the ICEP2026 Conference Proceedings

Optional Journal Publication

Participants may apply for publication consideration in one of the following selected journals:

PaperASIA — indexed in Scopus
Journal of Mechanical Engineering (JMechE), UiTM — indexed in MyJurnal, MyCITE, Scopus, ASEAN Citation Index, and Google Scholar

Important Notes:

For extended abstract/papers with multiple authors where more than one author plans to attend the conference, each attending author must register individually and pay their registration fee separately.
Journal publication is available only to authors who select the journal publication add-on.
All submitted manuscripts are subject to the respective journal’s editorial requirements, peer-review process, and final acceptance.
Payment of the journal publication add-on does not guarantee publication.
Please note that the registration fee does not cover hotel accommodations or transportation.
The organizer reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the conference program.
