What is ICEP2026?
The 6th International Conference on Energy and Power (ICEP2026) is an international platform for researchers, academics, industry professionals, government representatives, students, and other stakeholders to present research findings, exchange knowledge, and discuss developments in energy and power technologies.
When and where will ICEP2026 be held?
ICEP2026 will be held on 6–7 December 2026 at Tamu Hotel & Suites, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Will ICEP2026 be held online or in person?
ICEP2026 will be conducted as a fully in-person conference.
Can I attend without presenting a paper?
Yes. Participants may register as presenters or non-presenters. However, all participants must complete the registration process and pay the applicable registration fee.

How do I submit my work?
All submissions must be made through the official ICEP2026 submission portal:
What is the submission deadline?
The submission deadline is 31 August 2026.
What should I submit for the conference proceedings option?
Authors selecting the Conference Proceedings with e-ISBN option are required to submit an extended abstract only.
What should I submit for journal consideration?
Authors seeking journal publication consideration must submit:
An extended abstract for the conference proceedings
A full paper for journal review
Is a full paper required for all authors?
No. A full paper is only required for authors who wish to be considered for journal publication.
Will the extended abstract / full paper be reviewed?
Yes. Extended abstracts will be reviewed by the conference committee. Full papers submitted for journal consideration will undergo the respective journal’s review process.

Is registration compulsory after acceptance?
Yes. At least one author of each accepted submission must register, pay the applicable fee, and present the work at the conference.
Can more than one author attend?
Yes. Each attending author must complete an individual registration.
When will my registration be confirmed?
Registration will be confirmed after the required details and payment have been verified.
Are registration fees refundable?
Registration fees are generally non-refundable. Please refer to the official cancellation and refund policy for further details.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes. An official receipt and payment confirmation will be issued after payment verification.

Will accepted submissions be published?
Accepted extended abstracts that are presented at the conference will be eligible for inclusion in the ICEP2026 Conference Proceedings with e-ISBN. Please note that the conference proceedings are not indexed.
Is journal publication guaranteed?
No. Journal publication is subject to the selected journal’s editorial requirements, peer-review process, revisions, and final acceptance.
Is presentation compulsory for publication?
Yes. At least one registered author must present the accepted work for it to be eligible for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
When will the presentation schedule be released?
The presentation schedule and conference programme will be announced before the conference.
Will certificates be provided?
Yes. Certificates will be provided to eligible registered participants and presenters.

Can international participants request an invitation letter?
Eligible international participants may request an invitation or visa support letter after their registration and payment have been verified via our official email.
Will meals be provided?
Meals and refreshments will be provided according to the registration package and conference programme.
