Paper Submission

Papers accepted and presented at ICEP2026 will be eligible for inclusion in the ICEP2026 Conference Proceedings.

Authors who opt for journal publication may be invited to submit an extended version of their paper to selected journal(s), subject to the respective journal's editorial policies and peer-review requirements.

Paper Submission Guidelines

Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers of 10–15 pages (maximum 20 pages, A4 size) in PDF format via the ICEP2026 Online Submission System.

General Requirements

• Submitted papers must be original, unpublished, and not under review or submitted for publication elsewhere.

• To ensure a double-blind peer review, authors must not include their names, affiliations, or acknowledgements in the submitted manuscript. Author information will be collected separately during the online submission process.

• All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process to evaluate their originality, technical quality, and relevance to the conference themes.

• At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the paper.

• All manuscripts must be prepared according to the official ICEP2026 Paper Template.
